FIT DASH COMPETITOR
IMPORTANT INFORMATION

 
We are excited to have you compete and looking forward to a very fun and exciting event!
PLEASE READ CAREFULLY ALL THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION.
THIS IS KEY INFORMATION YOU WILL NEED TO KNOW.
HEAT ASSIGNMENTS ARE POSTED ON THE FIT DASH WEBSITE
Start Times
All Heats will start ON TIME! Heats will go every 5 minutes starting at 8AM.  Report to the starting area at least 5 min prior to your heat time. Make sure to have your wristband on before starting. All heats will run ON TIME unless there is a delay due to unforeseen circumstances such as injury or lighting. A lightning monitor is in the area and will be monitored.
Movement Standards and WOD Rules
Each obstacle will have separate lanes. Cones will divide the Elite lanes and Open/Teen lanes (except the cargo net, balance beam, monkey bars). This will be reminded to you at the start of the race. You can review the obstacles/challenges at the Fit Dash Challenge website. Remember! If you can’t complete an obstacle or challenge there is a 20 burpee buy out.
Packet Pick- Up
Friday, April 12 between 3-8pm at Miramar Regional Park
At packet pick-up you will check in and receive a shirt, 2 wristbands (one for the Fit Dash and one that gives you unlimited access to the Fit Fest for the whole weekend), bib number and sign a waiver.
YOU MAY NOT CHECK IN FOR ANOTHER PERSON. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause. We understand that online we allowed for a team packet pick up option, but because each participant HAS to sign his/her own waiver each participant has to check themselves in. If you are under the age of 18 you must register with a parent or legal guardian. 
When parking for packet pick-up: Be sure to present your confirmation e-mail to the parking attendant. Without this e-mail, parking is $10 at the gate.
Late Registration
Saturday, April 13 between 6:30am and 7:30am
Registration
Online registration on the Fit Dash website is live again! Any participants that register online after registration closed will receive 2 wristbands, shirt and sign the waiver when they arrive at the event. A heat time will be assigned upon arrival.
Participants will also be able to register on-site.

Festival Activities
Please share with your family, friends, and fitness community that there will be Rock Climbing Walls, Blow Up Obstacle Course for the Kids, Bungie and Joisting Games for ALL, along with Great Food and Drinks!

THIS IS A CASH EVENT!

PLEASE share this information with family and friends that may be attending. (There will be commercial vendors at the event who will be accepting CC for their goods and services)
 
Parking
Parking will be $10 CASH ONLY at the gate for Non-Competitors.
Competitors are FREE but must provide proof of registration at gate.
 
Be sure to present your confirmation e-mail to the parking attendant. Once you get your Fit Fest wristband you will also be able to show this to the parking attendant. Without e-mail or Fit Fest wristband, parking is $10 at the gate. 
Please print proof of registration and present at park entrance.
Do not park anywhere on premises without direction from parking staff.
 
Event Entry
Since you are participating in the Fit Dash, entrance to the Fit Fest is FREE for the entire weekend! (Make sure to wear your Fit Fest wrist band all weekend for full access!)
 
Regular Unlimited Admission Fee: $20 (ALL Weekend Including Pool)
One-Day Admission Fees: $15 (Including Pool)
Pool ONLY Admission: $3.50 
Children 12yrs of age and under are free!  
Equipment, Drinks and Personal Items like tents, chairs, SMALL coolers, snacks, and drinks are allowed. ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE NOT ALLOWED TO BE BROUGHT ONTO PREMISES.  Beer will be sold at the event. Must have a valid ID to purchase beer.
 
Pets
We know you love your adorable companions and we do too but unfortunately for this event, NO PETS WILL BE PERMITTED.
The Exception: Freakin Crossfit observes all Florida laws and ADA standards, animals designated as “Service Animals” will be permitted.  If you are a person with special needs and are accompanied by a “Service Animal”, please notify persons at the gate to contact a Manager who will ensure that your companion’s admittance is accepted.
